Lucy graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in computer science and a minor in mathematics. She has 14 years of experience with IBM and Bank of America in system development, usability, graphical interface programming and project management.
In 1998, combining her passion for art and her technical and usability skills, Lucy made the natural progression to website design. Working from home allowed Lucy to steadily build her business while supervising her three emerging teenagers.....Now with three grown children, keen survival skills, and a new appreciation for her own mother, Lucy has combined forces with Peyton to form Bellaworks, a complete web services company.

Peyton graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in psychology. After graduation, she taught 8th grade special education through the Teach for America program and then worked for 2 years with the non-profit agency ReEntry Youth Development as the Outreach Coordinator for a program focused on helping juvenile offenders. Peyton's background also consists of many years as a dancer, dance instructor/choreographer and as a visual artist. She began her career in website design in 2004 and has found it to be a practical way to utilize her creativity and problem-solving skills.
Peyton's primary areas of focus are design, determining site structure, and helping clients integrate their website into their overall marketing strategy. She also enjoys reading as much as possible about new technology and web development.
Jean Anderson
Jean is a former physical therapist with a B.S. from Marquette
University. Although Jean has no "formal" computer training, she got
her first PC back in 1989 and has been hooked on technology
ever since.
Various volunteer and organizational jobs have sharpened her skills
over the years. Jean handles a majority of our website maintenance.
Rebecca DuVal
Becca graduated from James Madison University
with a B.A. in English and a concentration in Creative Writing. She and her husband relocated to the Queen City after college, where she set off on a career
writing for the web. She uses her varied experience in marketing,
writing, and administrative work to provide full-service client support
here at Bellaworks Web Design.
Tyler Johnson
Tyler is our webmaster and programmer extraordinaire. He has a strong background in server administration, php, javascript and mysql. Tyler enables us to provide top notch web hosting and technical support for our web clients.
Jessica Nicholson
Jessica graduated from The Art Institute of Charlotte with an AAS in
Interactive Media Design. Discovering
her knack for anything computer related as a teenager has led to over
10 years experience in new media design. Jessica is Bellawork's lead
developer. She is the talent behind the construction of our websites!
Laura Wyatt
Laura brings 4 years of professional sales and management experience to the team. After receiving a B.S. in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech, Laura worked as a print designer for a printing and stationery company in Virginia before moving to Charlotte, NC with her husband. Laura’s knowledge and experience with print design has helped her develop a keen eye for page layouts and media design. She serves as a client support specialist
for Bellaworks Web Design.
